Ascendant Pools LLC provides the Ascendant Pools Business Kit as a complete business-in-a-box system for entrepreneurs ready to take action. Because the program includes both physical and digital components, all sales are final.

1. Eligibility Window
   – Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of confirmed delivery of the Business Kit.
   – After 30 days, no refunds will be considered for any reason.

2. Proof of Entrepreneurial Action
   – To qualify, you must complete all assignments outlined in the Plan of Action Workbook.
   – Documentation is required for each assignment, which may include receipts, business registrations, marketing records, or client outreach logs — proof that you have acted like a business owner.
   – Incomplete or unverifiable submissions are not eligible.

3. Submission Process
   – Requests must be made in writing to  members support email.
   – Proof of work documentation must be submitted with the refund request.
   – Ascendant Pools LLC will review all materials and determine eligibility at its sole discretion.

4. Non-Eligibility
   – Refunds will not be granted for indecision, lack of time, or “change of mind.”
   – Refunds will not be granted if the kit has been accessed or used without the required proof of work.

This guarantee exists to protect entrepreneurs — those who show up, take action, and are committed to building a real pool service business. If you put in the work and still find the system is not right for you, we’ll honor your request. If you don’t take action, no refund will be granted.
